Convention de Stage

The Convention de Stage is required for students to do an internship with French companies. The rules surrounding a convention de stage are goverened by French law and not Concordia policy or Canadian law.

Your employer will fill out the highlighted areas of the document and then it is returned to us, signed by the company and by yourself. Once the document is signed you can pick it up in H-637.

Alterations to the document may not be accepted. Send the document, signed by the company and student, as well as your student ID number to david.baker@concordia.ca.

If you have any issues regarding the convention de stage, please contact Campus France: http://www.canada.campusfrance.org/

We do not mail the documents. They can either be picked up at our office in H-637 or scanned to you or the company.

You must give us at least one week's notice to sign the document and you must be a currently registered student for us to sign.

We can only sign documents if you are a currently registered student, or ONE semester after your convocation date.
