The goal is to help you work through some of the difficulties you experience within yourself and in your relationships, and to do this within a supportive environment. The group experience is intended to give you an opportunity to learn about yourself as you interact and support others. Ideally, this means learning about your strengths, building on your self-confidence, and developing skills such as assertiveness. Shyness and anxiety are other examples of themes that can be explored in the group.

NB: Screening required before sign up: Contact Noreen Gobeille@concordia.ca  to book a short screening.

*Attendance in this group will be closed after the first session. Participants are expected to come to all nine sessions.
