Priority areas	performing arts; visual arts; digital arts; cinema and audiovisual content; museology; Cultural Heritage; literature and publishing; cultural know-how.

Objectives include:

promote cooperation and cultural exchange between Quebec and China;
facilitate a cross-cultural presence, particularly through the development of partnerships between companies, institutions or cultural organizations in Quebec and China;
encouraging the sharing and exchange of expertise in areas of common interest, in particular through the use of new technologies for creation, dissemination or preservation of artistic or heritage works;
support actions with high outreach potential;
facilitate the development and dissemination of common projects with structuring potential in relevant areas;
to foster knowledge and understanding of the two societies, their similarities, their specificities and their development by taking into account cultural, social, economic and territorial factors.
