President’s Conference Series
Concordia University’s President’s Conference Series celebrates excellence in research through lectures, performance, readings and interactive events. The goal of the series is to build connections between Concordia professors, students, international scholars and the wider community by engaging participants in stimulating debates on issues of concern to today’s society.
The keynote speech is being presented in partnership with Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ). Each event will have a themed topic and will comprise a series of lectures by local and international speakers.
The upcoming 2012 Event will be the fifth edition of the President’s Conference Series. From February 4 to 6, scholars and enthusiasts will gather to explore this year’s exciting topic: Experiencing the Media Mix: Anime, Manga, Video Games.
