Sacred Sites is an opportunity to explore and experience different holy places in Montreal. Concordia students and staff are invited to learn about their neighbour’s faith in a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Temple Emanu-El-Beth Sholom has been at the heart of Reform Judaism in Montreal since 1882. In this sacred sites visit, we will learn about the basics of Judaism, and participate in their Friday service in the temple. We will also have the opportunity to meet with the Rabbi.
We will meet at Multi-faith Chaplaincy and travel there together by public transportation. Registration is required.
When: Friday, March 1, 2013, at 5 p.m.
Where: Multi-faith Chaplaincy, Room Z-05, Annex Z (2090 Mackay St.), Sir George Williams Campus
