The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers lunchtime seminars at no cost to Concordia employees. This session, entitled Understanding Loss and Moving Beyond, examines the process of grieving and provides practical strategies for living beyond the various types of losses that people experience in their lives.
Participants will gain insight into effective and proactive healing and rebuilding tools and learn how to work through the changes caused by loss in order to move forward.
When: Tuesday, February 26, 2013, from 12 to 1:15 p.m.
Where: Room H-760, Henry F. Hall Building (1455 De Maisonneuve Blvd. W.), Sir George Williams Campus

The EAP is a voluntary, confidential counseling and information service available at no cost to all employees eligible for Concordia Health Benefits, including their immediate family. This service offers employees help with personal and professional issues, tensions and stress before they become more serious difficulties.
