Living Knowledge serves up a mix of roundtable discussions, informal mingling, and short multimedia presentations showcasing Concordia’s innovative community-university partnerships.
The first event of the three-part series, Building Research Partnerships, explores how participatory research could benefit both community and university collaborators.
In examining this topic, participants will have the opportunity to connect with several community-university initiatives, including the Mapping Memories project from the Centre for Oral History and Digital Storytelling.
When: Tuesday, February 26, from 5 to 8:30 p.m.
Where: Concordia Sir George Williams (downtown) Campus. Venue details available with registration.
Registration is free of charge. To RSVP, please visit the Sustainable Communities Partnership page
Events are wheelchair accessible and serviced by public transportation and pay parking. Bilingual discussion is encouraged and whisper translation will be provided. Childcare is available upon request.
Living Knowledge is presented by the Sustainable Communities Partnership, which supports, promotes, and connects existing community-university partnerships while fostering the sustainable development of new partnerships.
