Join jazz studies students for two evenings of improv
Department of Music students, under the direction of Gary Schwartz and Charles Ellison, will present two programs of jazz standards including classics by Burt Bacharach, John Coltrane and Ira Gershwin.
What: Jazz Improvisation I, class of Gary Schwartz
When: Thursday, December 6, at 8 p.m.
What: Jazz Improvisation II, class of Charles Ellison
When: Friday, December 7, at 8 p.m.
Where: Oscar Peterson Concert Hall, Loyola Campus (7141 Sherbrooke St. W.)
Cost: $5 general admission, free for students with ID
