Report on the year's activities in Concordia's ombuds office
The Ombuds Office has released its annual report, now available online.
The Ombuds Office’s role is to assist in the informal resolution of concerns and complaints related to the application of university policies, rules and procedures.
Titled Promoting Fairness at Concordia, the report describes the Terms of Reference of the Ombuds Office, its activities for the year, including statistics on the concerns and complaints received from the community, as well as annual recommendations.
