Service requests received after April 5, 2013, will be charged to fiscal year 2013-14
To ensure that work done by Facilities Management is charged in the 2012-13 fiscal year, requests should be made as early as possible, no later than April 5, 2013. Requests received after this date will be posted to the 2013-14 fiscal year.
Should the request involve a larger scope of work, the services requested may be charged in the 2013-14 fiscal year regadless of the date requested.
