Hard copies mailed out last week
The 2012 income tax slips (T4s, T4As and Relevé1s) have been mailed to all Concordia employees by Canada Post.
Only one copy of the Relevé1 slip was mailed to each employee this year. As of 2012, RL slips are no longer required to be mailed to Revenu Québec with the income tax return. Please see the link below for more information.
The electronic version of tax slips are available on the MyConcordia portal under the Faculty and Staff Services tab.
Employees who have not received their tax slips in their home mailbox should consider downloading a copy from the MyConcordia portal, or inquire with Payroll, either by calling 514-848-2424, ext. 4920, or by emailing payroll@concordia.ca.
Please remember: It is important to update your personal information in your employee file on a regular basis. This is done on the MyConcordia portal under the Employee Self-Service tab.
