On Tuesday, February 19 between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m., the following service interruptions may occur, due to system maintenance:
• Voicemail via IMAP email will be unavailable.
• Voicemail web interface (Cisco PCA) will be unavailable.
• Certain phone displays may flash/re-register.
• Call centre agents will be prompted to okay a status change. Agents will need to set the status back to ‘ready’.
Phone conversations in progress will not be interrupted.
