The Office of the General Counsel has updated its web pages with new information that pertains to all areas of the university.
The Office of the General Counsel is the unit that is responsible for the provision of all legal services to Concordia University, and it falls under the Office of the Vice-President, Institutional Relations and Secretary-General.
The Office of the General Counsel provides a full-range of legal services to the university and to administrative units through the university’s senior administration, the Deans and administrative heads of units.
A wealth of information is available in the renewed web pages, including the entire list of the university’s trademarks, information regarding signing authority, and the policies and procedures for resolving a complaint under the Code of Rights and Responsibilities and the Academic Code of Conduct when the complaint proceeds before a hearing panel.
