Instructional and Information Technology Services (IITS) is investigating reports of multiple email copies being delivered to certain student email addresses resulting from an outreach effort by Enrolment Services.
If you are currently receiving multiple copies of the email (regarding academic progress), please notify the IITS Service Desk by forwarding the email headers of one email to help@concordia.ca. For assistance with obtaining the email headers, please contact the IITS Service Desk at 514-848-2424, ext. 7613.
