Safety advice for travelling outside Quebec on university business
A new travel section has been added to the emergency management web page that contains information to help keep Concordians safe when travelling outside Quebec for university-related reasons.
The travel section has links to Concordia policies on university travel and to resources from the Canadian government. It also outlines services Emergency Management offers travellers before their departure, such as the travel registry, country risk assessments and an emergency contact card.
The travel registry lists Concordians travelling outside Quebec for university-related reasons for more than 24 hours. The registry is confidential and the information is only used to help travellers in the event of an emergency.
Sign into the registry by logging into the MyConcordia portal and clicking on the travel registry link in the menu.
