Facilities Management is looking for feedback from faculty, staff and students on Concordia’s buildings and services.

A survey has been launched to glean information that will help Facilities Management focus on areas or services that require improvement. The goal is to provide and maintain a safe, healthy, comfortable and attractive physical environment that supports the pursuit of academic excellence in learning, teaching and research.
Past surveys have identified problem areas, many of which have already been improved. The project to replace the escalators in the Henry F. Hall Building, for instance, is nearing completion and the project to improve the Ed Meagher Arena has already begun and will continue throughout 2013.
The survey consists of seven questions, with an additional question for those who have submitted a service request in the past 12 months. Completing it takes only a few minutes.
As an incentive, partipants will be entered in a draw for one of two $200 gift certificates for Concordia's Bookstores.
Please take a few minutes to provide feedback. Le sondage est également disponible en français.
