To serve our customers better, Campus Retail Stores (Bookstore - Computer Store - Digital Store) now have the ability to charge purchases directly the departmental accounts of all P-Card holders.
This change will facilitate the replenishment of office supplies for many employees. By purchasing supplies through the Campus Retail Stores, money spent by the university stays on campus.
To use a P-Card (also known as a Purchasing Card, issued by Financial Services), identify yourself with your card and store personnel will retrieve the account to be charged by consulting a list made available at store level. Knowledge of the budget code is not required.
