Interruption to telephony related services: Nov. 2

Please be advised that IITS Voice Services will be performing telephony maintenance on November 2 between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. During the maintenance period:

  • Telephones may re-register resulting in the screen flashing.
  • Phone Configuration/CCM USER web access via the MyConcordia portal will be unavailable.
  • Firmware uploads to newly deployed phones will be unavailable.

Note: In progress calls will not be interrupted. Call center agents may need to verify their connectivity.
