Notice to occupants of the Guy-Metro Building

Furniture moved to accommodate the fine-tuning of the heating and cooling system has  been restored

This message is for all occupants of the Guy-Metro (GM) Building   please share this information with your colleagues.

Occupants of the GM Building were recently asked to remove personal belongings from the heating and cooling units so the HVAC system could be adjusted. The moved furniture has now been restored to its original locations and the personal belongings may be moved back.

All of the units were adjusted, then measured by engineers. The majority of the units are now properly adjusted and require no further work.

However there may be some units that still require certain adjustments. In these few cases, furniture and personal belongings will be temporarily moved aside for the work, and later replaced.

The work will be done outside of office hours. At all times, the work crew will be accompanied by a Security agent.
