Since September 20, IITS has been working to resolve all false Sophos virus warnings. If you are still experiencing virus warnings from your Sophos Anti-Virus software, the IITS Service Desk must be notified immediately.
Due to a high call volume, the quickest method would be to email them at help@concordia.ca. However, you may still call them at (514) 848-2424 ext. 7613. You will need to provide the following information:
- Full name
- Sophos error message
- Phone number
- Department
- Building/Room #
- IP address
