IITS analysts are monitoring the Microsoft Exchange server to ensure that the difficulties experienced yesterday have been resolved.
If you are still experiencing difficulties with Outlook Web App, or sending/receiving mail via your email client, please communicate directly with the IITS Service Desk. The Service Desk Representatives will need to know the last time the error occurred, and what specifically happened.
