Pension statements just a click away

Concordia pension plan members can access statements online

The most recent annual pension statement is now available on the Pension@ccess for all pension plan members. This interactive website is linked directly to the Concordia University pension administration database and allows pension plan members to view all their personalized pension information.

This statement describes the member’s retirement pension situation under the pension plan for employees of Concordia University as of December 31, 2011. In addition to the statement, the 2011 Annual Report to Pension Plan Members is also available for review on this website.

Employees hired after December 31, 2011, would not receive a statement until 2013.

How to access your statement:

  • Go to Pension@ccess: https://concordia.pension.hroffice.com/
  • Enter your employee number without the zeroes at the beginning
  • Enter your password. Note: the first time you log in, your temporary password is your date of birth in the format MMDDYYYY, followed by the last three digits of your employee number.
  • Once logged in, click on Personal Annual Statement. You can also click on Forms and Documents for the other pension-related documents

Please note that the pension information previously available on the MyConcordia portal is now centralized on this enhanced site.

For employees who require a printed copy of their statement, send a written request to Pension Services, FB-1130 (1250 Guy St.).
