Please be advised that IITS is investigating reports of www.myconcordia.ca being inaccessible from off-campus.
Our network analysts have found that certain Internet Service Providers (ex. Acanac, some Bell connections) are not pointing to the correct MyConcordia network hostname. As a result, those connecting via affected ISP’s will be unable to load the MyConcordia homepage.
IITS is currently contacting external service providers to request that they update their records. Some ISPs may take as long as long as 48 hours to completely update their information.
