Reminder: Purchases must be made using the web requisition system

Only green release forms still in use

Over the past three years, Purchasing Services has implemented and trained the Concordia community on the Millennium FAST WebReq system and P-Card for making university-related purchases. The paper requisition forms are no longer accepted, including for research accounts, which were switched over last fall.

All purchase requests using the paper requisition blue (RQ) and red (MPO) forms are no longer be accepted and will be returned.

Only the green release forms are still in use. While these forms will eventually be phased out, the community will be notified in advance.

Please remember that these release forms have multiple copies that must be issued to the respective departments (Purchasing Services, Distribution Services, Vendor and Accounts Payable). Delay in issuance of copies to their respective departments delays payment.
