Financial Services provides schedules and deadlines to meet for the April 30 year-end
The university’s fiscal year end is April 30, 2012.
Financial Services has made available information for budget officers and directors. In order to close the fiscal year, the following deadlines have been set:
- Purchasing (Requisition / Web requisition): April 5*
- Petty Cash: April 10 to April 23
- Accounts Payable (Expense reports): April 10
- Accounts Payable accrual period (other payments): April 16 to May 11
- Receiving of goods: April 23
- Banner closing: April 30 to May 2
- Ledger correction for April: May 11
* All purchases must be received by April 23 at 3 p.m.
