Students who are eligible to graduate in Spring 2012 must submit their Graduation Application by January 15, 2012, and pay the graduation fee corresponding to their degree.
The online application form is available on the MyConcordia.ca portal under Student Services > Graduation Application Form.
Applicants should not wait until they have received their grades or have defended their thesis before submitting the application. Students who do not complete their degree requirements by the end of the appropriate term will be required to re-apply.
Applications submitted after the January 15, 2012, date will be accepted for a limited period. A late fee will be applied in addition to the existing graduation fee.
Students wishing to cancel their graduation application or postpone their graduation to a later date are asked to notify the Office of the Registrar/Enrolment Services immediately at 514-848-2424, ext. 2668.
