It’s that time of year again … Facilities Management is reaching out to Concordia students, staff and faculty to provide valuable feedback on the university’s services and buildings.
The annual questionnaire is designed to aid in the strategic planning of Facilities Management, allowing the unit to focus on areas or services requiring improvement. The results provide valuable feedback and serve as a benchmark to improve service (e.g. shuttle bus and escalator issues have been addressed as a result of past responses).
This is why feedback from the very people who use Concordia’s facilities is so crucial.
Another great reason to take five minutes out of your day to complete the survey? Two respondents will win a $200 gift certificate at the Concordia Bookstore. The draw will take place January 27, 2012, so be sure to complete the survey by January 26.
