Nov. 25 to 28 - Interruption to Millennium FAST

Instructional and Information Technology Services (IITS) will be upgrading Millennium FAST Web Requisition and Purchasing Card system from Friday, November 25 at 5 p.m. The work is expected to be completed by Monday, November 28 at 8 a.m. In addition, the Pay Advice Query under Financial Reports in Faculty & Staff Services will also be unavailable.

Once the upgrade is complete, Millennium will only be accessible through the Financial Services link in the MyConcordia portal. The links under Faculty & Staff Services will be discontinued.

The look of the application will change slightly, however it will have all the same features and components of the previous version. 

Financial Services reminds users that all purchase requests using the paper Requisition and Minor Purchase Orders for operating accounts are no longer accepted and will be returned. Work to include researchers in the paperless environment is currently underway.
