Crisis intervention workshops offered by Security Department
Crisis internvention is the ability to respond quickly and effectively to a disruptive, threatening or violent situation.
Concordia’s Security Department is offering crisis intervention workshops to faculty and staff and spaces are still available on November 2, 9, and 23.
The workshop teaches how to recognize the early warning signs of disruptive behavior, how to prevent violent behaviour, and emotional intelligence (how not to lose professionalism).
