Alternative Spring Break is an opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life while spending a week abroad.
Participants choose one of six locations where volunteering opportunities are arranged during Reading Week in February. The six destinations are Montreal, Dominican Republic, Peru, New Orleans and the Laurentians (in Quebec).
The Alternative Spring Break allows participants to learn about different cultures, communities and social issues through a variety of service organizations.
