McConnell Library Building Atrium (1400 De Maisonneuve Blvd. W.) on Monday, September 19 and Tuesday, September 20, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days. Appointments are not required, but be sure to bring identification.
Be sure to bring the required information:

- Proof of full-time school attendance delivered by an institution recognized by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport du Québec (link to form below);
- Proof that you live on the island of Montreal (official school document featuring your address, driver’s license, public utility bill made to your name and address, or property tax bill) if you are 18 and over;
- $14 in cash (exact amount only)
It is the student’s responsibility to read and understand the rules and regulations governing the OPUS cards issued by the transit companies (Société de transport de Montréal for buses and metro, and the Agence métropolitaine de transport for commuter trains). Concordia University staff cannot interpret or provide advice as to which card would best suit an individual’s needs.
