Major electrical shutdowns planned overnight on Loyola Campus

An electrical shutdown is planned on Wednesday, August 31 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following day. This shutdown of normal power will affect the following buildings on Loyola Campus:
•   Administration Building (AD)
•   Central Building (CC)
•   Chapel / F.C. Smith Auditorium (FC)
•   Communication Studies and Journalism Building (CJ)
•   Psychology Building (PY)
•   Hingston Hall (HA, HB, HC)
•   Refectory (RF)
 
A second electrical shutdown, this time on emergency power, is planned for Thursday, September 1 from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. the following day, during which time additional Security agents will patrol Loyola Campus. The shutdown will affect the following buildings:
•   Administration Building (AD)
•   Central Building (CC)
•   Chapel / F.C. Smith Auditorium (FC)
•   Hingston Hall (HA, HB, HC)
•   Psychology Building (PY)
•   Refectory (RF)
 
Both shutdowns are necessary due to the ongoing renovations on the Refectory.
