Interruption to several online services: Aug. 12 - 13

A number of MyConcordia services will be unavailable Friday, Aug. 12 at 2 p.m. until Saturday, Aug. 13 at 2 p.m. due to system maintenance.

Please be advised that the following MyConcordia services will be unavailable Friday, Aug. 12 at 2 p.m. until Saturday, Aug. 13 at 2 p.m. due to system maintenance:

  • Student registration
  • Faculty & Staff services (including grade entry)
  • Netname services  (activations/resets)
  • Software download services
  • On-line course evaluations
  • Continuing Education Portal
  • Human Resources Employee Self Service (available as read-only)

Note: Other MyConcordia services may be affected during this time. 

Furthermore, the following services will also be unavailable:

  • Empath/HRIS system (available as read-only)
  • Admissions (Connect2Concordia)
  • SIMS (available to examinations staff only)
  • FRIS
