Voice mail issues affecting exchange users

Please note that as of June 9, email notices informing Exchange users of new voice mail are no longer being delivered. Users are therefore required to call the system or check the phone set message waiting indicator lamp for messages.
 
Rest assured that normal voice mail service is not affected — messages are being recorded, indicator lights on phones are being lit and messages can still be retrieved.
 
Instructional and Information Technology Services (IITS) technicians are currently working with Cisco to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
