Renovations in the Records Management and Archives Department

Services will be limited until work is completed July 22.

The Records Management and Archives (RM&A) Department will be closed for renovations from June 6 to July 22, 2011. During this period, no service will be provided to external researchers and limited services will be provided to Concordia employees.

File Retrieval Services

•    Internal file retrieval requests will be answered once a day, at 10 am. Emergencies will be handled on a priority basis.
•    It will not be possible to consult material in the RM&A offices. Items will be sent directly to the requester’s attention, and picked up upon notification that the consultation is complete. 

Deposit of new boxes to Records Management & Archives Department

•    Follow the new boxing procedure
•    Boxes should not be sent directly to RM&A, instead, pick-up must be arranged.
•    Empty boxes are available through the bookstore using codes: 656025 (110-00872-05) or 267559 (110-00872).

Research in historical archives

Reference will be limited to the following resources:

•    Photographs: Limited selection in low resolution. Please contact RM&A for details.
•    Minutes of the Board of Governors and Senate (1974-2011)
•    Agendas and documents of the Board of Governors and Senate (2001-11)
•    Undergraduate Calendars (2005-11)
•    Concordia Journal / Thursday Report (2000-11)
•    Concordia Magazine (2000-11
•    The Link (2004-08) (2009-11)
•    The Concordian (2001-11)

There is no access to Loyola News, the Georgian, nor yearbooks during this time.
