Human Resources has announced the launch of its Learning and Development workshops, aimed at fostering both the personal and professional growth of Concordia faculty and staff members.
Spring workshops will be made up of 11 sessions with topics that include effective group dynamics, emotional intelligence, communication skills and health and safety issues.
Professional development courses planned for fall 2011 will cover themes such as leadership development, management training, customer service, human resources processes, work organization and workplace wellness.
While the workshops are free, space is limited and registration is first come, first served.
