Results for the current pay equity project are now available through the second posting listing on the pay equity website. The overall goal of the university’s pay equity process is to determine equity between male and female-dominated job classes.
The first part of the pay equity project has resulted in a job class listing that was later amended by the pay equity committee based on feedback received from employees.
The second part of the pay equity project has identified which job classes are eligible to receive a pay equity adjustment.
To view the listing and know if you are eligible for a pay equity adjustment, please visit the pay equity website (click on Second Posting).
Note that these results are applicable only to the following employee groups:
* Support Staff (CUSSU)
* Professional Staff (CUPEU)
* non-unionized employees including ACUMAE(management & administrative staff), teaching assistants, research assistants, casual (timesheet) and contractual employees
