The deadline to submit written comments is April 10, 2013
A committee, chaired by Concordia President Alan Shepard, has been established to evaluate the performance of Me Bram Freedman in his role as vice-president, institutional relations and secretary-general.
Members of the university community are invited to make brief written submissions to the committee to assist it in its work, using the evaluation themes and criteria to guide the preparation of the submission. A protocol for comments and an organizational chart of the Office of the Vice-President, Institutional Relations and Secretary-General, are also available (please refer to the related links below).
All comments must be signed or come from an identifiable email address. All comments submitted to the committee will be treated in the strictest confidence. Only the secretary and chair of the committee will be privy to the identity of the person submitting the comment.
While the committee may wish to discuss the content of the submissions with Me Freedman, the submissions themselves will not be communicated to him or to anyone beyond the committee.
The evaluation process is governed by board policy, (BD-5) concerning the evaluation of senior non-academic administrators.
Submissions should be sent to Johanne Pelletier, secretary of the committee at johanne.pelletier@concordia.ca no later than Wednesday, April 10, 2013.
