The nomination form must be signed and agreed to by the candidate, include the signature of the nominator as well as endorsement of five additional permanent full- or part-time members of the administrative and support staff from the School of Graduate Studies or Office of Research.
Candidates must submit a pen sketch, which should include information about why they are interested in serving on the advisory search committee. The pen sketch and nomination forms are available on the Human Resources web pages.
