Building, Civil and Environmental Engineering professor Adel Hanna
Adel Hanna, a professor in the Department of Building, Civil and Environmental Engineering, opines that cosmetic repairs should not take precedent over structural repairs needed to the Mercier Bridge in the Montreal Gazette. In a second Montreal Gazette story, Hanna is interviewed regarding comments made by Paul Moreau, Quebec Transport Minister. Hanna states that there is no such thing as rapid rusting.
