The Concordia University Engineering and Computer Science Association (ECA) is organizing its 21st National Engineering Week at Concordia University. The event takes place from February 28th to March 4th on the Sir George Williams campus.
The annual event promotes and motivates students, encourages engineering and computer science students’ involvement in the engineering field, and informs the public about engineering week at Concordia.

A conference about women in engineering will address the recent issues and achievements of women in a technical, male-dominated field. Keynote speakers such as Dr. Sabine Bergler, Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering (Concordia), Dr. Gina P. Cody, President of the Construction Control Inc., Jon Ng graduate of McMaster University, and Patricia Bamatter, of Ericsson Canada Inc, will speak about academic, career and family life experiences in the world of engineering. Also attending this event are guest speakers, Nabil Esmail, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science and George Papadakis President of the ECA.
