Hicham Jaber comes from the new generation of Lebanese artists of the post-war period. He developed a process which takes the experience of violence and incorporates it into the creation of movement and discourse. In his latest play Solo ou Solo, which will be presented to the public on November 11, 2004, within the framework of the fifth edition of the FMA, he reveals a soul maimed by a violence, and which is reflected in the depths of his being.
