As part of its annual Lahey lecture series, the Concordia University Department of English is pleased to present a public lecture by Dr. George Elliott Clarke who will be speaking on the subject of Terror as Literature, Literature as Terror. Dr. Clarke is the E.J. Pratt Professor in Canadian Literature at the University of Toronto, the 2001 Governor-General's Laureate, and author of Odysseys Home: Mapping African-Canadian Literature.
