Dr. Haghighat's current research focuses on the fundamental of heat and mass transport and its applications in in building and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as the development of novel computational techniques for building thermal, airflow, and contaminants analysis, and design of sustainable and immune buildings. He is currently involved in numerous research projects that explore topics such as indoor environment, ventilation, filtration, high-performance green buildings, thermal storage, urban ventilation and outdoor environment, and GHG. |
