Next-gen. Now.

How can we reshape the technology of finance to be safe, efficient and trustworthy?

Blockchain technologies can secure, democratize and reduce the time required for complex cross-border financial transactions.

My work examines blockchain technology and its positive impacts on financial infrastructure.   In addition, I explore questions of regulation and how it can better accomodate the disruptive changes associated with the advent of digital currency.

Consumers and investors increasingly need protections in a digital finanancial environment. If properly executed, innovations in blockchain technology will boost confidence in the economy while keeping users safe from nefarious entities.

My name is Jeremy Clark, and I’m an associate professor in the Concordia Institute for Information Systems Engineering in the Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science and I hold the NSERC/RCGT/Catallaxy Industrial Research Chair in Blockchain Technologies.
