Dear Concordians,

Welcome — or if you’re a returning student, welcome back — to your university. I hope you had a great summer and are ready to get the most out of your Concordia experience this fall.

The best way to do that is to take advantage of our wide range of student services, such as:

  • Academic advising — make sure you’re on track toward your goals
  • Tutoring and mentoring — strengthen your academic performance
  • Career Centre Workshops — it's never too early to plan
  • Clubs and intramural sports — activities to engage old friends or make new ones
  • Help managing your finances — know where you stand, make a plan
  • Health services, counselling and fitness programs to support your wellness

I encourage you to stay in touch by following Concordia on Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn. Plus look for our NOW newsletter for students, which has specific content of interest to you.

Concordia is an extraordinary community, and I hope you have a great year!

Best wishes,

Alan Shepard
President
