A half-day symposium on innovation and engineering excellence in the Quebec and UK aerospace and automotive sectors, co-organized by the British Consulate-General in Montreal and the John Molson School of Business.
The day’s proceedings will include:
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Viewing of a full-scale showcase of the BLOODHOUND SSC, , a car set to break the world land speed record by surpassing 1,000 miles per hour. The showcase is equipped with a fully interactive display. BLOODHOUND SSC educators will be on hand to answer questions
10 a.m. A panel discussion on the technological advancements of the Bloodhound. Panelists:

Noon A panel discussion on the importance of inter-industry collaboration to innovation, moderated by Peter Jaskiewicz, CIBC Distinguished Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at JMSB and featuring representatives from leading automotive and aerospace firms, Rolls Royce, Bombardier, Mecachrome and M1 Composites Technology
1 p.m. Announcement of the winners of the “The Aircraft of the Future is in Your Hands” case competition, organized by Aéro Montréal
