The CN Centre for Studies in Sustainable Supply Chain Management presents Aydin K. Sunol, Professor of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering, University of South Florida.

As efforts to conceptualize systematic frameworks to sustainable supply chain management are evolving, issues related to innovation, production, marketing and compliance throughout the product life cycle need to be more seamlessly integrated to such frameworks. In this context, a family of novel self-heating and cooling products will be utilized to present the issues related to innovation, environmental impact, compliance, safety, security and ecological implications throughout the product life cycle. Systemic qualitative and quantitative tools that streamline environmental impact and life cycle analysis, as well as, multi-objective decision tools that are useful for the environmental assessment will be discussed.
