JMSB Executives Connect module exposes students to business leaders and experts who are shaping the business world today. Students will interact directly with rising and established leaders who will provide insight into business and other issues.

Dominique Vincent is a vice-president and portfolio manager at 3Macs, a Division of Raymond James Ltd. She is a recipient of the Raymond James Financial's 2017 Women of Distinction Award.
She began her career in the field of communications and public relations, working for the Chambre des notaires du Québec and for Quebecor. In 1996, she moved to the world of finance after earning her MBA. Starting out as an investment advisor at Scotia McLeod, she joined 3Macs in 2001 and went on to earn the accreditation of Portfolio Manager. She was appointed vice-president in 2009. 3Macs became a division of Raymond James Ltd. in October 2016.
Her career in the financial industry and her commitment as a portfolio manager are rooted in a longstanding interest in the markets and risk management combined with a strong desire to provide a personalized approach in an increasingly standardized world.
An active member of her community, Dominique holds a number of volunteer and board positions. She is a member of both the Advisory Committee of the Raymond James Canada Foundation and of the Alouettes Foundation. One of the Godmothers 2017 for the “Prix Femmes d’Affaires du Québec” of the Quebec Business Women’s Network, she was recently nominated to the Ride to Conquer Cancer Hall of Fame. Cancer research and education are her two main philanthropic interests.
A proud graduate of the John Molson EMBA program, she has remained close to JMSB throughout her career, serving on the dean’s advisory board from 2002 to 2011, on the Women’s mentoring program, and as a judge at the John Molson MBA International Case Competition since 1996.
The Champion of the 2015-2017 cohort was France Chrétien Desmarais, President of the Board of Directors of the Society for the Celebration of Montreal’s 375th anniversary, and Vice-President and founding member of both the Guy Laliberté Foundation and ONE DROP.
As President and CEO of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, a Canadian leader in assurance, tax, consulting, and recovery and reorganization services, Imbriglio represents a team of more than 2,500 professionals both locally and outside Canada. To support them, the firm counts on an international network of over 40,000 professionals in more than 130 countries.
Imbriglio’s passion is helping entrepreneurs reach their goals. For nearly 35 years, including his term as leader of the firm’s Financial Advisory Group, he has been supporting entrepreneurs and dynamic organizations unlock their full potential. After working alongside them all these years, I understand their situation and have reflected on the best ways to help them meet their objectives.
To continue enhancing client support, he has endeavoured to develop high-performance teams with diverse backgrounds and expertise. By creating a rewarding workplace, RCGT enables talents to realize their potential and make a difference with its clients. Imbriglio strongly believes in the importance of passing knowledge on to the next generation; He taught at Concordia and at McGill for 18 years.
Over the past several years, Imriglio has focused on building an ecosystem for growth, in collaboration with RCGT’s clients, business partners and communities. In order to achieve this, he considers it necessary to promote entrepreneurship, employment, education and sustainable development. He also believes that, above all else, the firm needs to listen to its talents, clients and communities as they are the reason that the company exists.
The Champion of the 2014-2016 cohort was Andrew Molson, partner and chairman of RES PUBLICA Consulting Group and vice-chairman of the board of Molson Coors.
Also part of the Executives Connect module is the “In Conversation With” series of lectures where students enjoy small group conversation with established leaders. Recent guests have included Mr. Pierre Lapointe (Managing Chair, Jarislowsky Fraser), Mr. Frank Kollmar (CEO, L’Oréal Canada), and Mr. Nicolas Topiol (CEO, Christian Lacroix SNC).
Finally, “Lunch with a CEO” is the latest addition to our Executives Connect module where a leading CEO drops by for lunch and casual chit chat with our students.
