On November 12, the John Molson School of Business held its seventh Annual Graduate Research Exposition, showcasing the research of 26 PhD and MSc students. The even challenges participants to display their work in an appealing and easy-to-grasp poster format.

This year’s winners were:

MSc

Best poster: Sarine Karajian, “Cooking the Books: The Consequences of Corporate Fraud”

Runner-up: Ali Chraim, “Servant Leadership Behaviors, Trust and Organizational Citizenship Behavior”

Honourable mention: Sahar Taher, “Identity and Dysfunctional Behaviour: The Case of Shisha Smoking”

PhD

Best poster: Gillian Leithman, “What Motivates Mature Workers to Share Their Knowledge and Experience?

Runner-up: Badr Hadrioui, “Time Management that Really Works”

Honourable mention: Mostafa Ayoobzadeh, “Leaders’ Emotional Intelligence and Followers’ Creativity”

Honourable mention: Samuel Tang, “Team Efficacy and Emotional Exhaustion in Intra-team Conflict and Performance”
